Due to injuries sustained at birth Collin lost heart rate and breathing. It took 22 minutes to restore both. Collin was given 1 hour to live. As a result, Collin suffered a severe brain injury leaving him with many medical, physical and mental obstacles to overcome. Prior to delivery Collin was 100% healthy. |

Winning bidders will be notified and a certified check or money order for the winning bid will be sent to UCP of Delaware in Collin Zwickert's name (on behalf of the winning bidder) and the helmet will be shipped to you upon receipt of the funds.
